First day back at church since Vegas! What?! So I got a ride from this guy so shout out to him!
It was really nice! Since it was Mothers Day the guys had a surprise for all us sisters! They talked about the impact of women in there life one by one, sang Sisters of Zion on stage, and even surprised us in relief society with fresh out the oven cookies!!
I love my church! I love my people!
Everyone was nice per usual. It's just awkward being the new person in a ward. Especially after I was really settled in and at home in my old one. It's a little sad and I feel out of place since my old ward was my first official ward / YSA. Prayers that they'll grow to like me and I can feel the same peace and comfort I did back in my old Vegas ward!
Also called my mom cause Mother's Day after but it was brief.
